The Legal bit :

Rumour has it that the government are making “noise’s” about defence cuts that could see the BBMF (Battle of Britain memorial flight) loosing its financial backing.

The snowball season seems to of come to an end here and although it was fun while it lasted and I seem to remember a “certain” member at the meeting in January wishing for an “All or Nothing”
“More snow or a quick defrost.”
Well from what I have heard Warwick and the gang have got his wish.
Members of the Manchester MVT have joined with the North West collectors and Yorkshire MVT as guests of the Belgium MVT. Where Warwick and the “Gang” have the “ALL” (about two foot deep from what I have heard.) in Belgium.
Needless to say we will be regaled with stories of snowball fights, four wheel drive and shovels for weeks.
Mean while “back at the ranch”
The organisers of the Haworth event in May (15th & 16th) have asked due to complaints and bad press that the wearing of “SS” uniforms at their event be curtailed. This does NOT mean an outright ban on the wearing of axis uniforms or vehicles. But a request that those who choose to wear the uniform of the Allgemeine ss respect the organisers wishes by either not wearing it or stay away.
On the other hand e-bay has banned the sale of ALL Nazi related items.
This now also includes “Dads Army” or at least a vintage board game.
Maybe the “Fuzzy Wuzzie’s don’t like it up ‘Em” ?
